Turkey Injection

Ingredients

• 1/2-pound butter
• 1/2 can beer
• 2 Tbsp. salt
• 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
• 2 Tsp garlic powder
• 2 Tsp onion powder
• 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over low heat. Stir until salt is dissolved and the sauce is even. Keep warm (not hot) to inject
