Ingredients
- 1/2-pound butter
- 1/2 can beer
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over low heat. Stir until salt is dissolved and the sauce is even. Keep warm (not hot) to inject
