Ingredients:
2-3lbs Pork Spareribs
Onion
Garlic fresh 4-5 cloves
8 small cans of Contadina Spaghetti Sauce
2 Tbls Italian Seasoning
1 Tbls Fennel Seasoning (if you don’t include Italian Sausage with the spareribs)
1 Bay Leaf
Saute spareribs, onion and garlic in large pot. (do not scorch garlic) Drain off fat
Add tomato sauce
Add rest of spices
Let simmer for at least 4 hours (she always cooked it overnight)
When sauce is almost done add a little more fennel, italian seasoning and garlic. If you feel that sauce is a little tart add a half tsp. sugar
