Quick and easy jam. Can use alternative sugar to lower carbs.
Ingredients
- 300g (3 cups) fruit (cleaned and lightly mashed)
- 137g (2/3 cup) sugar
- 15g (1Tbsp) lemon juice
Directions
- Add ingredients to the baking pan

Notes:
- Wipe off excess moisture from fruit after washing.
- To store: Place in a clean container and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- For a thicker jam, add pectin with the other ingredients.
