Jam

Quick and easy jam. Can use alternative sugar to lower carbs.

Ingredients

  • 300g (3 cups) fruit (cleaned and lightly mashed)
  • 137g (2/3 cup) sugar
  • 15g (1Tbsp) lemon juice

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to the baking pan
  2. COURSE = 14
  3. Press START

Notes:

  • Wipe off excess moisture from fruit after washing.
  • To store: Place in a clean container and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • For a thicker jam, add pectin with the other ingredients.
