  • 320g (320mL) cold water (41 F)
  • 24g (2 Tbsp) Olive oil
  • 553g (4.5 cups) Bread flour
  • 12g (1 Tbsp) Sugar
  • 12g (3 Tbsp) Dry milk
  • 10g (2 tsp) Salt
  • 2g (2 tsp) Dried Basil
  • 6g (2 tsp) Rapid rise yeast

  3. Press Start
