Honey Bread

Bread with just a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients (2lb loaf)

  • 320g (320mL) cold water (41 degrees F)
  • 60g (3 Tbsp) Honey
  • 553g (4.5 cups) Bread Flour
  • 10g (2 tsp) Salt
  • 35g (2.5 Tbsp) Unsalted butter
  • 6g (2 tsp) Rapid rise yeast

Directions

  1. Put ingredients into pan in order listed
  2. Select course number 1 (basic white bread)
  3. Start the machine
