- 320g (320mL) cold water (41 degrees F)
- 60g (3 Tbsp) Honey
- 553g (4.5 cups) Bread Flour
- 10g (2 tsp) Salt
- 35g (2.5 Tbsp) Unsalted butter
- 6g (2 tsp) Rapid rise yeast
Directions
- Put ingredients into pan in order listed
- Select course number 1 (basic white bread)
- Start the machine
