Easy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 18 large Marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 squares Baker’s Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Fresh raspberries (optional)

Directions

  1. Microwave marshmallows and milk in large bowl on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Add chopped chocolate; stir until melted.
  2. Beat cream and sugar in separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently stir into chocolate mixture. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Refrigerate 2 hours. Garnish with raspberries.
