Ingredients
- 18 large Marshmallows
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 squares Baker’s Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Fresh raspberries (optional)
Directions
- Microwave marshmallows and milk in large bowl on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Add chopped chocolate; stir until melted.
- Beat cream and sugar in separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently stir into chocolate mixture. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Refrigerate 2 hours. Garnish with raspberries.
