Ingredients
- 1 pkg semi-sweet choc. chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Crust
- Over low heat, melt choc. chips & butter – stir until smooth
- Stir in graham crumbs
- Remove 1/4 of the mixture
- Press remaining mixture evenly in 9×13 baking pan
Filling
- Beat cream cheese until smooth
- Beat in condensed milk, then egg and vanilla
- Mix in pieces of cookie dough (optional)
- Pour over crust
- Sprinkle with reserved crust
- Bake until set (25-30 min. at 350 degrees
- Cool in refrigerator until cold (at least 2hrs)
