Quick and easy chicken recipe.
Ingredients
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 (10.75 oz) cans cream of celery soup (other soups work great as well)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup white wine
- Salt, Pepper and Italian seasoning to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place chicken in a lightly greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Spice chicken with the salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
- Combine the soups, sour cream and white wine. Mix well and pour over chicken. Cover with foil
- Back at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve over rice or noodles.
