Ingredients
- 320mL (320g) Milk
- 50g 1 Large Egg (beaten)
- 545g Flour
- 36g (3 Tbsp) Sugar
- 10g (2 tsp) Salt
- 35g (2-1/2 Tbsp) Unsalted butter
- 10g (2 Tbsp) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder)
- 6g (2 tsp) Rapid Rise Yeast
Add-ons
- 90g (9 Tbsp) Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Put ingredients (except Add-ons) in bread pan in order listed
- Set the COURSE to WHITE (or basic) and your desired crust level
- At the Add Beep (~45 min), add the chocolate chips
