Chocolate Bread

Not too sweet chocolate bread.

Ingredients

  • 320mL (320g) Milk
  • 50g 1 Large Egg (beaten)
  • 545g Flour
  • 36g (3 Tbsp) Sugar
  • 10g (2 tsp) Salt
  • 35g (2-1/2 Tbsp) Unsalted butter
  • 10g (2 Tbsp) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder)
  • 6g (2 tsp) Rapid Rise Yeast

Add-ons

  • 90g (9 Tbsp) Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Put ingredients (except Add-ons) in bread pan in order listed
  2. Set the COURSE to WHITE (or basic) and your desired crust level
  3. At the Add Beep (~45 min), add the chocolate chips
