Chipotle Sauce

Marinade, Rubs, Sauce
Great sauce for chicken wings, chips, or anything else that needs some heat.

Ingredients

  • 7 ounce can chipotles in adobo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mexican crema or sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 Tsp cayenne powder
  • 1 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth!
  2. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
