Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2lbs. chicken thighs
  • 16 cloves of garlic
  • 8oz of white wine
  • Parsley
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper
  2. Heat a generous amount of oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook garlic until golden brown
  3. Remove garlic and set aside. Turn up heat to high and add half of chicken to skillet and cook both sides, set aside and cook remaining half
  4. Remove some oil, leaving a small amount, put chicken back into skillet and add cooked garlic, wine, and parsley
  5. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes
