Ingredients
- 2lbs. chicken thighs
- 16 cloves of garlic
- 8oz of white wine
- Parsley
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Freshly ground pepper
- Salt
Directions
- Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook garlic until golden brown
- Remove garlic and set aside. Turn up heat to high and add half of chicken to skillet and cook both sides, set aside and cook remaining half
- Remove some oil, leaving a small amount, put chicken back into skillet and add cooked garlic, wine, and parsley
- Cover and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes
