Great over ice-cream, fruit, nuts, etc.
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup butter (salted or unsalted)
- 1/2 Cup allulose sweetener
- 1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 – 3/4 Tsp kosher salt (if not using salted butter and want salted flavor)
- 1 Tsp blackstrap molasses
Directions
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium/low heat, stirring every so often, until fully browned (~5 minutes).
- Add allulose, heavy cream and salt (if using), stirring until just combined.
- Add molasses and stir briefly until just combined
- Simmer over very low heat for 15 minutes (20 if you want thicker). Sauce should be sticky and think.
- Pour into glass container and refrigerate
