Chocolate Peanut butter Fat Bomb

Makes 24 mini cupcake size cups.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp Stevia
  • Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Mix peanut butter and coconut oil in a medium bowl. Then add cocoa powder and liquid Stevia and mix until combined
  2. Pour mixture into mini cupcake cups until ~3/4 full.
  3. Sprinkle some salt on each (optional: swirl in some peanut butter on the top for looks)
  4. Freeze until ready to eat (best to refrigerate before eating so they soften a bit)
