Makes 24 mini cupcake size cups.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp Stevia
- Sea Salt
Directions
- Mix peanut butter and coconut oil in a medium bowl. Then add cocoa powder and liquid Stevia and mix until combined
- Pour mixture into mini cupcake cups until ~3/4 full.
- Sprinkle some salt on each (optional: swirl in some peanut butter on the top for looks)
- Freeze until ready to eat (best to refrigerate before eating so they soften a bit)
