Wedge Baked Fries

Simple recipe that can be easily increased to larger quantities.

Ingredients

  • 1 Russet potato
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 475 degrees
  2. Rinse potato and cut into wedges
  3. Toss with oil, salt, pepper and arrange on a baking sheet skin side down
  4. Bake for 30 minutes
