Asian Boneless Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. pork loin country-style boneless ribs
  • 2 Tbsp five-spice powder
  • 1 Tbsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1-2 Tbsp Sriracha

Directions

  1. Combine five-spice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and brown sugar in a bowl
  2. Season pork on all sides with mixture – refrigerate a couple hours (optional)
  3. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to grilling
  4. Combine Hoisin and Sriracha in a bowl
  5. Heat grill on medium high and cook ribs evenly on all sides (approx. 3-5 min/side) until browned and 145 degrees
  6. Brush ribs with sauce and cook 1 minute/side
  7. Remove from grill and brush with sauce once more
