Ingredients
- 2 lbs. pork loin country-style boneless ribs
- 2 Tbsp five-spice powder
- 1 Tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/3 Cup Hoisin sauce
- 1-2 Tbsp Sriracha
Directions
- Combine five-spice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and brown sugar in a bowl
- Season pork on all sides with mixture – refrigerate a couple hours (optional)
- Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to grilling
- Combine Hoisin and Sriracha in a bowl
- Heat grill on medium high and cook ribs evenly on all sides (approx. 3-5 min/side) until browned and 145 degrees
- Brush ribs with sauce and cook 1 minute/side
- Remove from grill and brush with sauce once more
