Vanilla Fruit Smoothie

Nice vanilla smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1/2 Large banana or 1 small banana
  • 1 Tbsp peanuts, peanut or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit of your choice
  • 1.5 cups ice (or to your consistency preference)

Optional: These add to calorie count

  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients into a blender in order listed and blend until smooth.
