Nice vanilla smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1/2 Large banana or 1 small banana
- 1 Tbsp peanuts, peanut or almond butter
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit of your choice
- 1.5 cups ice (or to your consistency preference)
Optional: These add to calorie count
- 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
Directions
- Mix ingredients into a blender in order listed and blend until smooth.
