Green Chocolate Smoothie

Easy way to eat your veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Almond milk
  • 1 handful of Baby Spinach, Kale, or Power Greens
  • 1 Banana (or avocado)
  • 1 Tbsp peanuts or peanut butter
  • 1 Scoop Extreme Milk Chocolate Whey Protein powder (or your favorite chocolate variety)
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 Cups ice

Directions

  1. Put ingredients into a blender in order listed and blend until smooth
