Ingredients
- 1 Cup Almond milk
- 1 handful of Baby Spinach, Kale, or Power Greens
- 1 Banana (or avocado)
- 1 Tbsp peanuts or peanut butter
- 1 Scoop Extreme Milk Chocolate Whey Protein powder (or your favorite chocolate variety)
- 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 Cups ice

- Put ingredients into a blender in order listed and blend until smooth
