Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Bean protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 cup soy or almond milk
