Ingredients
- 1 Head Garlic (10 cloves)
- 1 Cup flour
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp butter (warm)
- 1/8 Cup white wine
- Pinch Kosher salt
Directions
- In a bowl, mix paprika, flour and cayenne pepper
- Bread shrimp in flour mix
- Add butter and garlic to hot pan on high and let cook 2 minutes
- Place breaded shrimp in pan
- Flip shrimp after 3 minutes and add white wine, add 2 Tbsp butter and sprinkle salt
- Cook shrimp for 3 minutes more
- Remove and drain shrimp before serving
