Grandma’s Meatballs

Eat with or without spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and roll into 4 meatballs. Fry in oil until browned.
  2. Add to spaghetti sauce
