Ingredients

  • 1 lime wedge
  • Sweet orange salt (see below)
  • 2oz tequila
  • 1oz fresh pressed lime juice
  • 1/2oz agave nectar
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
Sweet Orange Salt
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • Orange zest to taste

Directions

  1. Moisten the rim of the glass with lime wedge then dip into the sweet orange salt
  2. Combine the tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, and orange bitters into a shaker. Shake and strain into glass
  3. Add 3-4 ice cubes

In a small bowl, combine salt and sugar. Rub orange zest into salt-sugar mixture
