Grilled Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe pineapple
  • 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1.5 cups turbinado (or regular) sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Peel, slice and core pineapple
  2. Pour coconut milk into a wide shallow bowl.
  3. Place mixed sugar & cinnamon into another wide shallow bowl
  4. Dip pineapple in milk then the sugar mixture and shake off excess
  5. Cook on grill over direct heat 4-6 minutes per side

Can be served hot or cold.
