Ingredients
- 1 Ripe pineapple
- 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
- 1.5 cups turbinado (or regular) sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Peel, slice and core pineapple
- Pour coconut milk into a wide shallow bowl.
- Place mixed sugar & cinnamon into another wide shallow bowl
- Dip pineapple in milk then the sugar mixture and shake off excess
- Cook on grill over direct heat 4-6 minutes per side
Can be served hot or cold.
