Chocolate Calzone

This makes miniature versions of a popular dessert found at Claim Jumper.

Ingredients:
- 10 oz refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 bag white chocolate chips (you will not need them all)
- 1 bag milk, dark, or semi-sweet chocolate chips (you will not need them all)
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
- Roll or stretch dough into a 15×10″ rectangle
- Cut into 6 5″ squares
- Put a combination of chocolate onto each square
- Brush edges with water.
- Lift one corner and stretch dough over to the opposite corner.
- Press edges of dough well w/fork to seal.
- Arrange on a greased baking sheet.
- Prick tops with a fork.

Bake 425 for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powered sugar.

Simple steak

Coat a heavy bottomed skillet with olive oil and place it on the stove on medium-high heat. When the oil simmers, add the steak. When you see a dark crust forming along the bottom edges (about 3-4 minutes). Flip the steak and place in an oven preheated to 450 for 5-7 minutes depending on meat thickness.

Artichoke

Place artichoke in an inch of water, cover, steam for 20 - 25 minutes, until the base can be pierced easily with a knife.

Serve petals with mayo mixed with lemon juice and chopped garlic.
