A favorite marinade for chicken.
Ingredients
- 1-part soy sauce
- 1-part red wine
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 1 tbsp. thyme
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 clove grated garlic
- Fresh ginger grated (size of thumb)
- Bushel of fresh parsley as basting brush
Directions
- Make and marinate the chicken the night before (soak at least 8 hrs.)
Note: The longer it soaks the more flavor will be tasted throughout the chicken. If needed it can be made in the morning and add the chicken right away.
Of course, create a fresh herb baster to apply more marinade during cooking.
