Ingredients
- 320g (320mL) Water (400mL for Wheat flour)
- 553g (4 1/4 cups) Flour
- 48g (4 Tbsp) Sugar (I use 20g)
- 8g (2 (Tbsp) Dry Milk
- 10g (2 Tsp) Salt
- 33g (2 1/2 Tbsp) Unsalted butter or 26g Oil (30g oil for wheat)
- 7.5g (2 1/2 Tsp) Quick Rise Yeast
Directions
- Put all ingredients in bread pan in the order listed and select Rapid White option.
Note: If using oil instead of butter, add the oil at the same time as the water
