Rapid White Bread

For when you don’t have much time (takes ~2 hrs).

Ingredients

  • 320g (320mL) Water
  • 553g (4 1/4 cups) Flour
  • 48g (4 Tbsp) Sugar (I use 20g)
  • 8g (2 (Tbsp) Dry Milk
  • 10g (2 Tsp) Salt
  • 33g (2 1/2 Tbsp) Unsalted butter
  • 7.5g (2 1/2 Tsp) Quick Rise Yeast

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in bread pan in the order listed and select Rapid White option.
