Pumpkin bread in a traditional white bread loaf.
Ingredients
- 320mL (320g) Milk
- 1 Large Egg (50g) (beaten)
- 3-4 Tbsp pumpkin puree (add more)
- 545g Flour
- 36g (3 Tbsp) Sugar
- 10g (2 tsp) Salt
- 35g (2-1/2 Tbsp) unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice (can cut to 1.5 to reduce spiciness)
- 7g (2 tsp) Rapid Rise Yeast
- Optional – 80g of mini chocolate chips (your choice on type)
Directions
- Put ingredients in bread machine baking pan in order listed (except chocolate chips if using)
- Set Course to 1 (or Basic White Bread), set crust level to light, press START
- When ‘Add timer’ alerts, add the chocolate chips if using
