Chocolate Avocado Mousse (Keto)

Quick and easy low carb chocolate dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 large or 2 medium avocados
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp monk fruit
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • (optional) raspberries

Directions

  1. Peel and pit the avocado(s)
  2. Put avocado, cocoa powder, vanilla, and monk fruit in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and add more monk fruit if desired
  4. Serve with whipped cream
  5. (optional) decorate with dusting of cocoa powder.
