Quick and easy low carb chocolate dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 medium avocados
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp monk fruit
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- (optional) raspberries
Directions
- Peel and pit the avocado(s)
- Put avocado, cocoa powder, vanilla, and monk fruit in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste and add more monk fruit if desired
- Serve with whipped cream
- (optional) decorate with dusting of cocoa powder.
