Easy low carb breakfast favorite

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups WIO flour
  • 1 ¾ cups milk
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Bake using a waffle iron
