Ingredients:
- 6 oz tequila blanco
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions:
- Rim two glasses with salt and set aside to dry
- Prepare orange syrup. Put the water, erythritol, and orange zest into a large cup and mix to combine.
- Put ice, tequila, lime juice, and pour in the orange syrup through a mesh sieve into a blender.
- Blend for a few seconds until the ingredients are combined.
- Add sparkling water and pulse to combine.
- Put ice in the prepared glasses and pour the blended margarita into each one. Decorate with lime slices and a mint leaf. Cheers!
