Keto Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz tequila blanco
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz sparkling water

Sugar Free Orange Syrup:

Instructions:

  1. Rim two glasses with salt and set aside to dry 
  2. Prepare orange syrup. Put the water, erythritol, and orange zest into a large cup and mix to combine.
  3. Put ice, tequila, lime juice, and pour in the orange syrup through a mesh sieve into a blender.
  4. Blend for a few seconds until the ingredients are combined.
  5. Add sparkling water and pulse to combine.
  6. Put ice in the prepared glasses and pour the blended margarita into each one. Decorate with lime slices and a mint leaf. Cheers!
