Ingredients
- 4 cups of riced cauliflower see how to make cauliflower rice here – or buy frozen
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 4 Tbsp. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. Sour Cream per 10 oz. rice packet
- 2 Green onion scallions
- 1 lb. bacon cooked crispy per 2 10 oz. rice packets
- Paprika
Directions
- In a large skillet, melt butter and stir in the riced cauliflower on medium heat.
- Add garlic salt.
- Continue to cook the cauliflower for about 7 minutes until the cauliflower is less white and tender.
- Turn down the heat and stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, green onions, and bacon until melted and combined.
- Season with the salt and top with a dusting of paprika
