Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1/4 – 1/2 c sundried tomatoes chopped (I used the kind in a jar w/oil, I think it adds more tomato taste)
- 2 bricks cream cheese softened in the microwave for about 60 seconds (I like a lot of sauce and the chicken breasts I had were really large)
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 Tbsp (or to your taste) crushed garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 hand fullish fresh spinach (optional)
- 4-6 slices provolone cheese
Directions
- Put chicken breasts in a spritzed 8×8 or 9×9 (just the right size to hold the meat, with not a lot of spare room)
- Heat cream cheese to make it stirrable. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Spread evenly over the chicken.
- Bake for 40-45 mins at 350.
- Put provolone on top and cook until melted.
