Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (optional) Tsp fresh lemon, juice
Directions
- In a saucepan, whisk cornstarch and sugar together until there are no lumps
- Add the water, blueberries and lemon juice
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until desired thickness
- Remove from heat and let cool
