Blueberry Pie Filling

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (optional) Tsp fresh lemon, juice

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk cornstarch and sugar together until there are no lumps
  2. Add the water, blueberries and lemon juice
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until desired thickness
  4. Remove from heat and let cool
