- 2 Tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste (appx. 1tsp each)
- 3 eggs
- 5 slices bread
- Pickles, peppers and/or olives diced small
- Flour for rolling meatballs
Directions
- Mix first 7 ingredients (hamburger > eggs)
- Put bread in strainer and drench with water, the squeeze out excess water and mix into meat mixture.
- Add salt and pepper.
- If mixture is dry, add a little chicken broth.
- Put a piece of diced item into meatball.
- Roll meatballs into ~1 inch diameter balls and roll in the flour for a light coating.
- Fry in frying pan or deep fryer and cook until well done and a little crispy on the outside. For deep fryer, I set the temp to 370 F and fry for ~3 minutes.
- Taste after a couple to see if more seasoning is needed.
