Smoked Ribs 3-2-1 Method

An easy method for great ribs.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Smoke prepared ribs at 225 degrees for 3 hours bone side down
  2. Remove ribs and seal wrap in foil (optional: add some apple juice to packaged ribs)
  3. Put wrapped ribs in smoker for 2 hours
  4. Unwrap ribs and put back in smoker for 1 hour

Let stand for 15 minutes.
