		<description>I used only chicken breast which came out a bit dry (use a dash of soy after to help moisten).  Suggest cooking on low for 4 to 4.5 hours if only using the chicken breast.

I also, added more garlic.</description>

		<description>As mentioned, I use two forks to shred the chicken - seems to be easier and faster for me.

Also, changes to the ingredients:
- I don't use bell peppers (no reason really)
- I use more garlic than listed (whatever I feel like at the time).
- I use at least twice the amount of chili pepper</description>
