Healthy Chocolate Mousse

A simple and tasty healthy chocolate dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 4 oz soft tofu
  • 1/4 Cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor (not blender) and process for ~90 seconds
  2. Refrigerate for 1+ hours
