Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp red wine
- 1 tsp ginger
- some green onion tops cut any size

- 1 Tbsp ground oregano
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tsp salt
- 3/4 Tsp cayenne pepper
