Ingredients:
- 2 6oz packages of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 14oz can of Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 2 Cups dry roasted peanuts
- 1 10.5oz package of mini marshmallows
Directions:
1. In a saucepan melt milk, chocolate chips and butter on low heat
2. In a large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows, then pour melted mixture over and mix well (mixture should be warm, not hot. Too hot will melt marshmallows)
3. Coat a 13×9 in. pan evenly with Pam and spread mixture evenly and chill for 2 hrs.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soda
- 2 cups flour
Frosting:
- 1 cup sifted powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Add 1 tsp water or 1 /2 Tbsp cream
Directions:
1. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 1/3 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups almonds
- 1 lb butter
- 12 oz. pkg chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Melt butter gradually and add sugar slowly
2. At 230 degrees, stir in almonds (save dust)
3. Keep stirring to 300 degrees
4. Pour onto cookie sheet and let cool (about 5-10 min)
5. Add chocolate chips, let melt and spread
6. Add almond dust
7. Let set for a few hours or overnight

Directions:
Take:
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk (1 2/3 cup)
Combine in large pan and bring to a boil. Boil 6-7 min. and remove from heat
Stir in:
- 3 sm pkgs chocolate chips (6 cups)
- 1 10oz pkg mini marshmallows (4 cups packed)
- 2 cubes margarine
Stir until smooth and all is melted
Add: 2 tsps vanilla & 2 cups nuts
Spread in greased sheet cake pan (10 x 15) until cool

Brownie Ingredients:
- 1 cup semisweet chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Cookie Dough Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup chips
Directions (brownies)
1. Melt chips in microwave and cool slightly
2. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar, then add eggs & vanilla - mix well
3. Stir in melted chocolate
4. Combine flour and baking soda, then add to batter
5. Spread into greased 13×9 baking pan
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 16-22 minutes, then cool
Directions (cookie dough)
1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars
2. Beat in milk and vanilla
3. Gradually add flour, then stir in chocolate chips
4. Drop by tablespoons over cooled brownies.
5. Carefully spread over top of cooled brownies
6. Store in refrigerator

Makes 24 squares
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg semi-sweet choc. chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Crust:
1. Over low heat, melt choc. chips & butter - stir until smooth
2. Stir in graham crumbs
3. Remove 1/4 of the mixture
4. Press remaining mixture evenly in 9×13 baking pan
Filling:
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth
2. Beat in condensed milk, then egg and vanilla
3. Mix in pieces of cookie dough (optional)
4. Pour over crust
5. Sprinkle with reserved crust
6. Bake until set (25-30 min. at 350 degrees
7. Cool in refrigerator until cold (at least 2hrs)

Ingredients:
- bottom crust:
- 1/2 cup oleo (butter)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup flour
- Filling:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- Icing:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- heavy cream
Directions:
Crust:
1. Mix ingredients & press into oiled 8″ square pan.
2. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees
Filling:
1. Mix ingredients and pour over crust.
2. Bake for 25 more minutes at 350 degrees.
3. While baking, make Icing
4. Cool slightly and frost with thin layer of icing to form a glaze
